When purchasing items from our website, please consider the following;

• All items are unique and handmade. Therefore, although we will endeavour to photograph all new items which come into the gallery, please be advised that in some cases (ie. ceramics) items may not be absolutely identical to that shown in the image.
• Although we do try our hardest to represent art work reliably through the images on this site, please be aware that the colours may not be completely accurate at all times, and may vary depending upon the computer / monitor they are viewed on.
• Descriptions for each item have been given as accurately as possible.
• We cannot be held responsible if an item sells in the gallery and on the gallery website simultaneously. In this instance, the customer who purchases something in the gallery will take priority. In the event of this occurring, we will contact the online customer to notify them of this, and will arrange a refund.

Copyright

Rights to an image will lie with the artist or the artist’s estate, and therefore the image cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers cannot be used online. To be used in the gallery, or arrangements can be made over the phone so long as a voucher is sent to the gallery to confirm purchase. The gift voucher must be received in store before any item will be shipped.
Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
