In-store Purchases / Returns
The policy below is only applicable to purchases made online through the website. Returns for in-store purchases can not be returned or exchanged online, you must return them in person to the retail shop. In store purchases must be in a new / unused condition, within all original packaging. Returned to store, with a receipt within 14 days from original purchase date. An exchange or gift voucher may be offered.
Unfortunately refunds are not available for in-store purchases, unless faulty.
Some goods are exempt from being returned, such as
Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
All returns require a receipt.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be able to buy in confidence and be completely happy with any product(s) that you purchase from us.
If for any reason you wish to return a product you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Return shipping charges will not be refunded unless we delivered the items to you in error or the item is faulty.
Items that are faulty must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. Providing information and photographs of fault.
Prior to returning items to us, you must receive authorisation from us. To request authorisation please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include within the body of the email:
Your Order Number
The name of the product you wish to return
A brief description of the reason for the return.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned order, which will be inspected and provided the goods are in perfect ‘AS NEW’ condition, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.
Goods must be returned in resalable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
Items returned with obvious sign of use, damaged condition or returned after the 14 day return period, will not be approved for refund.
We recommend returning items by insured, recorded delivery, as refunds cannot be made where items are lost in the post. You are responsible for the safe return of the product(s).
Parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
In accordance with UK legislation, you are entitled to return your order for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items exempt from this return policy and being returned are, earrings, commissioned or personalised items.
Local free delivery is available within a 10 mile radius from the shop with a minimum spend of £10. We will aim to deliver these orders to your door within 24 – 48 Hrs. At busy periods in the shop this time frame may be extended to late evening / weekend deliveries. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please use the additional information / comments box to provide detail.
Store collection is also available at checkout, please select it and advise in comments box when you plan to collect. (This option is currently not permitted due to the current COVID-19 restrictions)
Postal orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days from order. We aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
