Due to the nature of our Coconut & Soy wax used in our refills small imperfections will exist. These are normal and do not effect the performance of the candle.
Please note; Straighten the wick before lighting. Please note that our refills are specifically moulded for our new jar. If you have one of our old style jars, please be aware that the refill will sit very close to the lip of the jar. Do not move the candle when the wax has melted.
Candle Care:
Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting.
To prevent tunnelling ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the container before extinguishing, especially during
the first burn.
Subsequent burns should be no longer than 4 hours.
Keep the container free from any foreign materials.
Place the candle on a level fire
resistant surface when lit.
At the end of your candles’ life remove any remaining wax by carefully pouring boiling water into the base of the jar.
Once the wax softens remove and dispose of it. Wash the jar in warm soapy water with a soft cloth.
Do not pour wax down your sink
Remove your Candle Refill from all of the outer packaging, using the biodegradable gloves provided.
Remove the orange coloured sticker from the base of the refill.
Now you can pop the refill into your Aggie & I jar.
Dispose of the left over wax appropriately.
Do not use the refill as a pillar candle.
Refills do not fit our old style jar.
